Diddy’s bomb in prosecutors… CNN has destroyed the only known copy of the 2016 video where he saw Diddy defeat Cassie in the hallways of the LA hotel…this is according to new court documents.
Diddy’s defense team and prosecutors submitted a joint letter on evidence of the case. According to the defense… CNN purchased a video showing Diddy attacking Cathy in the hallways of the InterContinental Hotel in LA. “CNN purchased only known copies of the hotel surveillance footage, uploaded the footage to free editing software, changed the video and destroyed the original footage, which has been reported repeatedly about the federal government, but repeatedly reported.

The defense claims that CNN has been changed and edited by covering the timestamp and changing the video sequence. It includes speeding up the video, making it seem like the action in the video is taking place faster. As a result, CNN video does not portray the event in question fairly and accurately.”

The InterContinental Hotel is closed at the location and it is said that there are no other videos of the incident.

The defense makes that clear… They will file a motion to exclude the video from Diddy’s upcoming trial. Didi has not been charged with assault – it’s a national issue, and laws of restrictions are being implemented – but prosecutors hope to use it to show Didi’s violent tendencies.
The reality is this… The courts admit little evidence of the video where the video is being edited – the judges claim the raw footage, so there is a very good chance that this video will not be played by the ju judge.
We contacted CNN… so far there have been no responses. We also contacted the Southern District of U.S. Prosecutors of New York… They declined to comment.
