The Friday night’s journey was a strange and somewhat scary situation… because the iconic band had to suddenly finish the show due to an electric fire on stage!

The 70s rocker was in the middle of the iconic song “Don’t Stop Believin” at NRG Stadium’s Houston Livestock Show and rodeo. When the stage suddenly darkens, the footage of the audience is the show.
The crowd kept blowing the song…but they realized something was wrong, so they finally stopped – and we heard at one point that the stage hand was rushing through the stage with a fire extinguisher.
Even after the fuss, the audience was informed that the night was over. “We have unfortunately announced the cancellation of tonight’s Journey Concert due to an unexpected electric incident under the stage area. We sincerely apologise to all fans for this disappointment.”
It sounds like a rescheduling option or refund is ongoing…and thankfully there were no reports of injuries.
Once all the make-up shows are squared… should they open with a “light”?
