Kristin Cavallari found a buyer at a $8.9 million Nashville home

Christine Cavalari is very close to selling homes in the Nashville area… ‘TMZ has learned that she has secured buyers.
According to real estate sources… The $8.9 million home in Franklin, host of the “Be Honest” podcast, is currently under contract as of Friday.
We broke the story… Christine listed a 4-bedroom, five-bathroom farmhouse last June. She scooped up the property for over $3 million after a 2020 split from her ex-husband, Jay Cutler.
In 2022, Christine revealed the property that had been renovated for 18 months after she moved. She said at the time… “I did a lot of work. I completely spit out the kitchen, finished the basement, played a lot of bathrooms, and added it to my closet.”
The home features 6,799 square feet of living space and 28 acres of total land. The kitchen has cutting-edge appliances, and the basement is basically a wellness retreat. There is also a pool, greenhouse and beehive that comes with the property.
In January, she cut $950,000 from her fortune from the original $11 million asking price, which she founded in June 2024.
