On March 17, 2025, Wilmington, Delaware (Globe Newswire) – Ashland Inc. (NYSE: ASH) today announced that it had completed sales of its AVOCA business with MANE on March 14, 2025. The financial conditions for the transaction have not been disclosed.
Avoca Business offers sclareolides, aromatic fixatives and a variety of contract manufacturing capabilities from two production facilities in North Carolina and Wisconsin. Avoca’s business line represents the last entity from Ashland’s previous drug acquisition.
