Keep your friends close, but the enemies are nearby – it appears Kyle Richards had that in mind recently when he considered buying a house directly from his nemesis, Lisa Vanderpump… TMZ learned.
Multiple sources tell us… Kyle was about to scooped up the 6-bedroom 5.5-bathroom Beverly Hills House right away from LVP’s famous Villa Rosa Property. Kyle has toured the place several times and is even said to have brought his daughters.
Our sources say that Kyle’s interest in property had nothing to do with Lisa, who lives nearby. Instead, she is said to have really loved the house.
Unfortunately for Kyle, the house was sold to a buyer for $6.9 million at the end of February.
Lisa and her husband, Ken Todd, have been equipment for celebrity enclaves since 2011. Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan previously owned the home, but sold it in 2021 for $5.9 million.
When we arrived at Lisa for comments, she told us, “What did I do on earth? I thought the house was for sale. This house is 10 feet away from me. Her offer was not accepted as she could eventually move to Beverly Hills.” Kyle lives in Bel Air and moved to Encino in 2017.

Kyle’s representatives deny the claims of the LVP she has offered before. Officials say she will never offer because she has determined that the area is too dangerous for a fire.
