Desshaun Watson’s big question about Gilly Anais earlier this month could be a huge boon for the Cleveland Browns and the quarterback wallets.
The 29-year-old Signal Cara proposed to his longtime girlfriend over the weekend…and now, with the two being promised to get married, Burleson told us in New York City that we can see Watson’s game suddenly turn.

“I think finding a woman and locking in the right spouse would be a phenomenal job for him as an athlete,” Burleson said. “I wouldn’t be surprised if Desshaun Watson, which we’ve seen for a long time, played his best football. In my opinion, having stability at home provides a solid foundation on the football field.”
The 180 from Watson will certainly be appreciated by Browns fans… he has been a huge disappointment since coming from Houston in 2022.
Despite being paid $230 million, he played in just 17 games…and is also buried in off-field controversy.
But Burleson says he can still see the big rebounds even when he’s away from the grid iron.
“If he gets married, I feel like he’s getting married,” the former NFL star said.
Either way, Watson appears to be clearly excited about his personal life — and based on footage of some injuries he shared on his Instagram page on Tuesday, he appears to be determined to prove Burleson correctly.
