MOGADISH – Somalia’s second deputy prime minister, Abdisalam Abdul Ali, said goodbye to the African Union Chairman, Mohammed Ali Yusuf at the international airport for two days.
During his stay in Mogadishu, the African Union chair held a meeting with Somalia’s highest government officials, strengthening Somalia-African Union relations, supporting the Orthom mission, and discussing the country’s efforts to peace and reconstruction.
The second Deputy Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to the African Union Chair for his visit and praised the African Union’s role in promoting peace and development in Somalia.
He emphasized the importance of cooperation in areas such as security, national reconciliation, and economic development.
