Don’t spit at the name of the “Hawk Tuah” girl in the world of Crypto. She says the SEC’s thorough investigation into the controversial meme coin has finished and she walks cleanly… TMZ learned.
Haliey Welch said, “I have worked with all the authorities and lawyers for the past few months, and in the end, the job is complete.”

The Securities and Exchange Commission began its investigation after Haliey’s Meme Coin, “$ Hawk Token,” and after a rapid rise, the value fell…
These huge losses also prompted lawsuits against the creator of the coin, but Harry was not. The lawsuit alleges that the creator was negligent because the creators were unable to obtain proper approval to fire the coin.
“The SEC has closed the investigation without making any discoveries or asking for financial sanctions against Haliey,” said James Sallah, a lawyer with Haliey.
We reached out to the SEC, but the organization declined to comment on the hawk’s toe probe.
Certainly, Haliey herself says she is “pleasant to have backed up again,” but she has not mentioned crypto or other financial projects. It is said that the work has a Hawk Tuah documentary, and she has her “Talk Tuah” podcast.

Sources related to Haliey say she broke up with the LLC behind the coin and tell her she won’t support or promote it in the future.
She is said to be completely “completed” on Meme Coin Biz. This is probably the cleverest decision she has made since she told the world about her favorite ways of sex.
