Kim Delaney was off the hook after felony assault arrest

Former “NYPD Blue” star Kim Delaney faced no charges after being arrested for a recent felony assault… LA prosecutors refused to file charges against her and her husband, TMZ learned.

The actress appeared in LA County Superior Court this morning after she was arrested Saturday for an attack that likely caused major bodily injury to her husband James Morgan. Morgan was also arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence.
However, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office decided not to file charges and told TMZ there was no sufficient evidence to move forward against either of these. That’s a bit surprising after our law enforcement source said that the first incident between the couple popped out when Kim filed a domestic violence report after Morgan left the scene on Friday night.
The officer says the next morning, Morgan came back and things got so hot between him and Kim that she jumped into the back of the wheels of the car and tried to mow him.
Our sources say James filmed the incident and later showed the video to police. The officers eventually arrested both…but now it seems they are clear.
