I found a teenage soccer coach questioned… arrested for unrelated sexual assault

The soccer coach, who says that the California family has been in contact with his dead son, is someone interested in the boy’s loss of failure and has been arrested in an unrelated sexual assault case… TMZ confirmed.
Oscar Omar Hernandez, a 13-year-old boy, was found dead in a ditch in Oxnard earlier this week, and his family says he was last seen along with 43-year-old Mario Ed Gardo Garcia Aquino.
Our law enforcement sources tell us… Aquino was questioned by officers and arrested…but not because of Oscar’s death or loss.
Instead, Aquino was allegedly arrested by LAPD detectives on a warrant for an unrelated sexual assault case previously investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Aquino faces one count of assault with intent to commit another felony. Prosecutors allege that it was rape, sodomy or oral mating of a man in a 2024 sexual assault case… According to NBC4, Aquino’s arrest was first reported.
The alleged sexual assault allegedly declined in February 2024… LASD Special Victims Bureau is investigating.
Oscar’s body was found in Oxnard, but he is from the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles.
Our law enforcement agencies say there was a 2022 sex case against Aquino, but the LA County District Attorney’s Office did not file a criminal charge.
