Ashton Hall became the internet sensation in his insane daily life, but he chose to stay past his early bedtime on Monday… thanks to his courtside seat in the Miami Heat Games!!
Don’t worry – he still got into a crack in Dawn’s butt due to training Tuesday morning.
Hall – recently went viral due to his strange 4am exercise regimen – was captured sitting on a tree at Miami’s Kaya Center for a contest with the Philadelphia 76ers… and his fans were shocked that he was Owl for a night.

Hall claims he normally calls the day around 8pm… and the people in the game have kept a sign pointing to time at some point in the evening, ensuring he explodes.
“They slowed me down,” Hall said on Instagram. “It’s still 3:50am… there’s no change.”
He was no joke. The fitness influencer stood up and after a few hours… he was doing push-ups on the balcony of a luxurious apartment with Saratoga water nearby.
Hall has recently surpassed more than 12 million followers on Instagram thanks to videos of intense exercise, swimming, meditation, servants and of course the prominent ice-water face plunge.
He grew so big, even Mrbeast connected with him, passing through every step together.
Before he became a social media star, Hall played college football in Alcorn State.
Hall recently discussed the rise of his fame, explaining that it is “easy to master” while creating video content.
“When I cut out all the noise and got everything into my goals and dreams, this is when I exploded.”
