Brookhogan sells waves that make Orlando pads in Dream Coast cribs!!!

Brookhogan officially closed the Orlando Living door. TMZ learned that she was focusing on selling her place and building her dream family home in a whole new spread on the Florida coastline.
According to real estate sources, TMZ Brook offloaded its four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Orlando pad for just over a mil at the end of 24 years.
At the time, the kids were not on the radar, but plans changed rapidly. Since then, Brooke has welcomed the twins, and now she is all about giving them childhood with water, like her.

So, at the end of last year, she and Stephen scooped up a half-acre beachfront lot on Florida’s Treasure Coast (the Atlantic side southeast of Orlando).
They just sealed their contracts in nearby lots last week – they plan to use them to visit friends and family, or they may rent them out.
Brooke is clearly ecstatic about the massive Reno project – she peers to her fans into the vibe of the major construction zone of her IG story… And, as you can see, it’s all exposed brick, wood, and debris RN.
Since saying goodbye to their Orlando pads, Brooke, Stephen and the twins have crashed on rentals, bringing the dream digging back to life.
