Kylie also blows up Newsom for proudly promoting California’s sanctuary status… Aquino is undocumented.
Notable… Ryan Elizabeth Todd – a lawyer for Milstein Law Group, a New York City-based immigration lawyer – tells TMZ that foreigners can receive the death penalty, including undocumented immigrants. The US must also notify the arrested parties of their right to notify their consulate – this does not always happen, Todd says.
You know… DA’s office claims that Aquino killed Hernandez while engaged in a “performance of obscene and lewd acts.” In this case, Aquino is charged with murder and faces other charges due to previous sexual assault.
The last prisoner was executed in California in 2006.
Rep. Kylie says he doubts Gov. Newsom will end that streak… but we have to wait and watch.
We contacted Newsom’s Office… so far, there are no words.
