The popular modern musician, Chillmaster-born gift hombarume, was caught up in a car accident on Wednesday, insisting on pedestrian life in the promising suburbs of Harare.

In a social media post, Chillmaster apologised to the victim’s family and said he was working with the police.
“To speak to you today is deeply saddened and heavy heart. Today, I was involved in a catastrophic car accident and my precious life was lost.”
He also added that the matter had already been dealt with by police and he sincerely apologized to the deceased’s family.
“I am fully working with the authorities on this tragedy, and I will continue to keep it transparent.
“My focus is now on respecting the privacy of grieving families and supporting them as much as possible during these unimaginably challenging times.
“There is no justification for the pain this caused. I take full responsibility for my actions and I will take the weight of this loss for the rest of my life. I understand that it may not come, but I swear to respect the memories of my lost life through actions that are consistent with the severity of this moment,” he added.
