Drake says he has new ammunition in a honour-loss lawsuit against Universal Music Group…and it’s all because of Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl Halftime Show.
Champagne Papi has just filed an amended complaint, making special mentions to Kendrick’s “Not Like Us” performance in Super Bowl Lix.

In the documentation obtained by TMZ, Drake claims that the show “assassinated” his character…and Kendrick, who ruled out the word “pedophile” from the lyrics, says it supports his claim that the song’s content is defamatory.
Drake says that dropping “pedophiles” from the lyrics is the only change “not like us”…and he claims that Kendrick didn’t get the green light to sing the song unless he removed “pedophiles” from the track. He says, “That’s because most people understand the honorary responsibility for mistakenly branding someone as a “certified pedophile.”
Drizzy also points out that Kendrick’s Super Bowl Halftime Show in New Orleans was the most viewed ever… and he says he introduced the song to new people “to be made to believe that Drake is a pedophile.”
As we reported… UMG previously only brushed off Drake’s lawsuit as sour grapes for losing rap beef to Kendrick.
