Information Minister Jenfang Musvere has slowly and slowly branded the Zanu PF Party colleague, the blessed Geza, the terrorist and enemy of progress.
Muswere urged the public to ignore Geza’s call for a two-day national closure on April 22nd and 23rd, 2025.
On Saturday night, Geza called for Zimbabweans to stay at home, hoping that Mnangagwa would stand up, not appearing in work nationwide.
The incitement of nationwide closure follows the protest on March 31, 2025. The protest failed to gain much traction to make it mild. It was just a stay separated by several isolated flash demonstrations in the capital.
At a press conference yesterday, Muswere pleaded with Zimbabweans not to remain united and not to pay attention to Geza’s closure appeal.
“We must continue to unite against the enemy of cyberterrorism and progress. We have a responsibility to build our country. Zimbabweans need to use the internet for development.”
“We should continue to ignore the calls from unproductive charlatans and false merchants who try to reverse the interests of the struggle for liberation by demonizing Zimbabwe’s image, its people, and leadership through misinformation and malice,” he said.
A Saturday night speech, delivered from a private location wearing military uniform, called on Zimbabweans to stay at home in protest of Mnangawa’s false violations.
“Everyone has to stay home on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 22nd and 23rd, 2025. Zimbabwe needs to be closed completely. This is to send a strong message to Mnangawa and his “Zvigananda.”
“Shops and industries will not open, Combis will be parked. The police won’t host gas, but if they come to you, you have the right to protect yourself,” Geza said.
The former fiancé, which police had been hoping since early February, assured that 95 protesters were arrested in Harare on March 31, and that journalists from Heart and Soul TV and Radio (HSTV) congratulated Muranga and would soon be released from prison.
Geza told the Zimbabweans that writing was on the wall and insisted that Mnangagwa would soon leave.
Addressing representatives at the 45th Independence Celebration in Gokwe last Friday, Mnangagwa urged Zimbabweans to ignore social media agitators without directly naming Geza.
