1996 Menendez Trial Jue Eric & Lyle has white privileges… Plus, Kim Kardashian’s corner!

The ju-death brothers’ murder trial in 1996 says the shotgun-wielding brother shares the benefits of famous and white privileges and the support of Kim Kardashian, one of the most recognised faces in the world!
And this is what the ju judges told TMZ, Eric and Lyle Menendez would be tolerated and eventually be released from California prisons…
Speaking anonymously, the ju-describer told TMZ… Given the fact that Eric and Lyle are “well-known, white or attractive,” freedom is certainly a possibility for the brothers.
The brothers were convicted of first-degree murder in their second trial – after the first trial ended in review, they were sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
In recent years, siblings have been pushing to overturn their writings based on a number of arguments, including new evidence of alleged sexual abuse by their parents, but now they seem to be closer to freedom.

And they have Kim K’s support. Kim K believes that ju judges really don’t care about other, lesser known prisoners… despite the fact that Kim has shown support for unfamous criminals in the past.
Kim argues that the trial and ruling “deserves more of a serial killer than two individuals who endured years of sexual abuse by people they love and trust.”

At trial, the brothers alleged that they shot parents for years of sexual and physical abuse throughout their childhood. However, the ju-degree told TMZ…the allegations of abuse were not a “criminal element” they considered during deliberations.
The ju umpire said, “There were mixed ju umpires regarding sexual abuse discussions, but there was no need to agree to sexual abuse to agree to first-degree murder.”
The ju judge says he will not support or oppose the potential release of his brother…but he wants to see them use Star Power to support victims of sexual abuse or those who have been falsely convicted.
Last week, Lyle and Eric’s res hearing was pushed… The judge will address the acceptability of the Parole Board’s risk assessment report on siblings. Their next hearing is scheduled for May 9th.
