Officers who arrested Justin Blackmon earlier this month for public addiction have made a brief hiatus in arresting a former nfler to educate him about the history of Oklahoma football… Police video show.
Check out body camera footage TMZ Sports shortly after Oklahoma State Police Force stopped a former OSU cowboy who allegedly roamed the Stillwater campus while drunk at about 1:30am on April 19.
Blackmon said he played for Polks in 2011 and “goed to the league” afterwards. The officer asked: [Mike] Gandhi? ”
Blackmon seemed confused by the question – wondering who else he could play for. That’s when the officer made him a school during Les Miles’ short OSU tenure.
The two talked about Gandhi and Mile for a while as they waited for a larger police vehicle to carry Blackmon to a nearby prison. Eventually, when the car arrived, we stopped talking about soccer.
Blackmon was mostly sincere with the officer throughout the 15-minute encounter, but he seemed very intoxicated.
The 35-year-old, wearing a hoodie and pants that looked wet, frequently digging into his words, making him seem unstable on his feet…and despite repeated questions, he didn’t tell him what address he was heading for.
Multiple times during their interaction, Blackmon claimed he had done nothing wrong…that is, police officers repeatedly told him that he was arrested for public addiction.

On the way to prison, Blackmon appeared to fall asleep while behind the squad car. He was eventually booked with one criminal charge – he bonded a little later.
The fifth overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, once suspended indefinitely for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy, has yet to publicly address the arrest.
