Harvey Weinstein accuser Miriam Haley got emotional as she testified for the second time she allegedly sexually assaulted her in his Manhattan apartment.
Former TV production assistant Miriam took the position at Weinstein’s retrial on Wednesday, telling the ju judge about alleged rape in 2006.
Weinstein’s accuser said he invited him to his Manhattan apartment after getting tickets to the premiere of the “Clarks II” film in Los Angeles, and she accepted the invitation.
She says she was sitting on the couch with Weinstein as he suddenly lunged at her, tried to kiss her, and continued pushing her to the bed… she says she raped her.
Miriam tells Weinstein that she was in her period and had a tampon… but she testifies that he pulled out the tampon and descended on her.
Amidst the alleged attack, Miriam says, “I realized I was being raped,” and she says, “I decided to check it out and endure it.”
Miriam testified that he met Weinstein at the premiere of “Aviator” in London a few years ago, saying that he helped him get a job as a PA on “Project Runway,” and that things between them didn’t become sexual when there was alleged rape in July 2006.
Haley is one of three accusers who testify at Weinstein’s New York retrial, and her testimony from his former trial five years ago essentially follows her previous explanation.

Weinstein was convicted of sexually abusing Miriam and one of his accuser Jessica Mann at a 2020 trial… but those convictions were later reversed when the Court of Appeal held that constitutional rights had been violated during trial.
Now, the prosecutor is taking another shot at Weinstein. He pleads not guilty.
