Tottenham boss Angi Postcoglow confirmed that midfielder Lucas Bergval has been ruled out for the rest of the season due to injury.
Bergval missed the match-day team in a 3-1 victory over Bodeau/Grimt on Thursday after picking up an ankle injury in the build-up to the first leg of the Europa League semi-finals.
Prior to his meeting with West Ham on Sunday, Postcogro said: [Bergvall]injuries seem important to keep him out for the rest of the season. He fine-tuned the ankle ligaments. ”
When asked about how injuries occurred during training, Postcoglo added:
“He is very disappointed and there’s not much you can say. Every experience in life and football makes you stronger. He has an incredible career before him.
“Last night he denied the opportunity to play in a big game. He’s coming back strong. All players have to break a set.”

The Spurs boss also provided updates to Dominic Solanke and James Madison, who were knocked out during the victory at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and captain Hen Minhn, who missed the final five games.
“Dom [Solanke]I don’t think it’s too serious. He’s doubtful over the weekend,” Postcogro continued.
“[James] It’s a little more of a concern as crazy people are on the knees. We send him a scan and await the results.
“My son is out on the grass and feels good every day. I’ll see it around Thursday.”
