Finesse2tymes has returned to federal custody… Prosecutors allege that arrests for a terrorist threat in Texas violated his supervised terms of release.
Carl A. Moore, the rapper’s lawyer, told TMZ… he surrendered to authorities on Friday and is in federal custody.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, prosecutors allege he violated the supervised supervision that he was released three times — he claims he failed two drug tests in 2022.
Other allegations of violations are linked to his arrest of his terrorist threat in Texas earlier this year.
We broke the story… Finesse’s arrest warrant was issued due to alleged incidents involving King in October 2024.
The King’s Guardian said Finesse showed her a gun under her shirt and he told her “raising that fire,” which was Memphis Slang who pulled the gun.
The woman criticizing Finesse2tymes told authorities she thought he could carry out the threat…and she was afraid of her life.
When he spoke to Moore in January, he denied that Finesse had threatened anyone… he added, “I am confident that if Texas applies the applicable law to the facts, this issue will be justified.”
Finesse2tymes has been receiving a directed release since his release from prison in July 2022 after serving more than three and a half years of five years for possessing a gun as a former felon.
Finesse’s next hearing is scheduled for May 8th.
