Diddy The Day is here…. Ju’s choice of judges will be a big challenge

Didi will ultimately face his fellow ju umpires who will determine his destiny for the rest of his life…but on each side – finding the right ju umpires will be Hercules’ job.
There is no such thing as a juju umpire who is unbiased, so defense will be in a much more difficult time. Good luck finding a future ju apprentice in New York City, or elsewhere in this country, you have no opinion on this case.

Public views are crimes, so prosecutors have a great advantage. When it comes to defense, the way to ask about bias is not simply to ask whether future ju umpires can open up. How to do that… They ask if the future ju apprentice had an opinion that is important to them but could change their minds, and they need to be specific.
Another thing playing around with here is the sex tapes of celebrities involving minors and pre-trial publicity on sex. Many people think that both play a role in criminal cases – not so. There are no celebrity sex tapes and no criminal charges are filed against minors. Oddly, it can actually help with defense. Because I expect a lot of ju judges to hear about this and when they’re not there you can feel like there’s a shortage of prosecutors.
This point has become a big topic between Harvey and Mark Jelagos in the latest “Two Angry Men” podcast.
There are other factors to consider… Cassie videos could seal Diddy’s fate, despite not being charged for the atrocities seen in the video. But it certainly tells a powerful story… In TMZ’s latest “Down of Diddy” documentary, we presented the case to the ock umpire, and many ju umpires said their thought process began and ended with a video.

There are also logistical issues… Many future ju apprentices are exempt for reasons of hard work – sitting through two months of trial during the summer is a trade breaker for many. Many will be excused because they cannot overcome their prejudices. So the pool will shrink quickly.
Race inevitably plays a major role in this case – it will be interesting to see what each aspect wants from a diversity perspective. Similarly, it is the roll of the dice in determining whether a man or woman is tougher/ more intense/more sympathetic.
The judge asks questions to the ju judges rather than the lawyers, but with all the lawyers of the lawyers, they keep them quiet – good luck.
