Justin Bardoni blew so much cash into legal disruption with Blake Lively, and his Wayfarer Studio charity hit – and now it’s shutting down forever.
The knowledgeable source is Baldoni and co-founder Steve Sarowitz, who clarifies TMZ about the shutdown that has been linked to ongoing lawsuits and financially and emotionally defeats, but Wayfarer Studios itself is still packed with it.
According to sources, the closure is a gut punch, especially given the foundation’s strong mission and impact, namely criminal justice reform, gender equality, LGBTQ rights, and fundraising to boost diverse communities.
It has been confirmed that Steve has already poured over $100 million in his money into his foundation partners. Despite the closure, he has pledged to deliver nearly $35 million this year, with some grants spreading in 2026.

Since first filing her complaints on December 21, Blake has accused Justin of sexual harassment and launched a smear campaign with the film “It Endy Ou Se.”
