Check out the video posted to X, which captured Friday’s tragedy… It starts with a massive party attendee explosion on the streets stuffed at a home in Oakland, Pennsylvania.
When the camera pans to the right, there are many people hanging out on the roof of their home porch before the building leaves. And everyone falls down like a pouch of potatoes. It is unknown what caused the collapse.
Sixteen people were injured and were taken to a local hospital for treatment. Three victims were in serious condition, with 13 suffering minor injuries.
Pittsburgh spokesman Emily Bourne told CBS News that there were hundreds of University of Pittsburgh students in the area when the roof collapsed.
Thankfully, no one was harmed in this incident – Officer Bourne said the students should be feeling fortunate, the outcome isn’t too bad.
