Lava ball opens with amputation of the foot… complications of diabetes blame

Lavar Ball is open with his recent amputation… This week revealing his complications with diabetes caused him to lose a significant portion of his right leg.
Liangelo, Lamelo and Lonzo’s father broke the medical situation in Slam on Tuesday…and explained that his health began to deteriorate in January.
He said that when Gelo’s hit single “Tweaker” was going viral, he “started spreading into my blood because he didn’t pay attention to my diabetes.”
Initially, according to Ball, the document took some toes and tried to fix the issue.
“Then they cut my leg,” he said. “Then they said, ‘We’ve got to almost kneel for another operation.”
In total, Lavar said he went under different knives three times to solve the problem…and he also had to get four separate blood transfusions.
He said it all took a real blow to him – at one point, admitting that things had gotten worse, he thought of death.

“It made me think, ‘Man, just kill me and let me go with my business,’ he said. “I’ve come to think it’s probably time to shut it down.”
Thankfully, Ball told the outlet that his three sons had encouraged him to continue the fight – and now he’s getting much better.
The 57-year-old has been joking about Tiktok for the past few weeks.

He now encourages everyone to receive their routine doctor visits, so they can avoid situations similar to those he is currently dealing with.
“Get a medical checkup,” he said. “Do what you should do. If you don’t have insurance, go to emergency care. I’ll explain this a little, and I’m hampering this a little.
