Adam Lambert is “runnin'” from the City of Angels… lists his mansion for a huge change.
The singer-songwriter listed the gated home for $7,375,000 from the Sunset Strip after picking up the property for $6.5 million in 2018.
The 5,028-square-foot home sits on about a quarter acre. This may not be very common in Indiana, where Adam is from, but certainly in LA.
The 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom home features a large swimming pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and a huge garden with firepit.
The house is currently equipped with a gym, but can be converted into a fifth bedroom suite, with the chic kitchen with a huge stone island and lighting fixtures on top of it.
The main bedroom features glass walls with beautiful city views, two walk-in closets, an en suite bathroom and another glass wall for views. Don’t worry – the property is really private… so no one is going to get a glimpse of the new owner bit.
Real Estate tells TMZ… Adams made his Broadway debut this year with “Cabaret” – and he focuses on new aspects of his career and hasn’t spent much time in LA
