Andrew Tate told the woman that he “we’re debating whether or not to rape you” before he was strangled and forced her, according to one of four women suing for a self-proclaimed misogynist influencer.
He has also been accused of whispering “good girl” when he raped a woman he hired in a webcam business that he threatened separately with a gun and strangled him so often that he developed a spot from burst capillaries around the eyes.
The fourth woman he is said to have first met at the Yates nightclub in Luton claims that Tate continued to fuck her after strangled her to death for her to be unconscious.
“She heard the accused say, ‘I own you’ or ‘I’m going to kill you’,” she claims.
Tate denied allegations that include rape, forced control, assault and battery, describing them as “puck of lies” and “gross fabrication.” He argues that his relationship with women is consensual and does not involve violence or coercive control.
His attorneys further argue that the personal injury allegations are related to the period from 2013 to 2015 and are subject to a three-year restriction period.
It is allegedly lost emails, texts and other potential evidence in his defense.
The claims by the four women were filed in the High Court on April 15th, where a preliminary hearing is scheduled. The three women involved reported Tate to Hertfordshire Police in 2019, but the Crown Prosecutor’s Office (CPS) has decided not to file criminal charges.
The two women, claiming, worked in Tate’s webcam business in 2015, while the other two had an affair with him in 2013 and 2014.
One woman allegedly associated with Tate in 2013 said she was not in a hurry to fully fuck after a training session before the kickboxing fight, but said he had raped her in his apartment.
He is said to have told her: “I’m just debating whether or not I’ll rape you.”
She claimed, “doesn’t believe what she was hearing and asked if he was joking.” Tate’s “face got mad, he kept one hand around his neck and tried to put his other hand in underwear.”
The argument continues. “…The claimant said, ‘No, Andrew, you said you wouldn’t.”
“His response was to tell the claimant that he had closed his fucking. When she was quiet he told her that she was a “good girl.”
Tate is said to have since raped the woman and repeatedly asked her: “Who do you belong to?”
In Tate’s submitted defense, the sexual intercourse is agreed and the woman claimed that she continued to visit him “several times afterwards.” Defense adds: “They had sex a few times. This is not someone who is terrified of them.”
All four women allegedly developed long-term mental health issues as a result of their suspected experiences.
Tate is currently undergoing criminal investigations in three countries, including Romania, where he and his brother Tristan are accused of human trafficking, minor trafficking and money laundering. He is also facing rape allegations.
Bedfordshire police are attempting to arrest the Tate Brothers in connection with allegations of rape and human trafficking dating back to 2012-2015. The two men who deny all charges against them are now believed to be in Dubai.
