2:04 PM PT-Judge granted BRI Stern’s request for a temporary restraining order and set up a hearing on May 9th.
1:38 PM PT-BRI STERN connected sources to TMZ TMZ… She is under threat from people who are clearly tracking her location while on the trip.
Meanwhile, Andrew Tate’s lawyer Joseph McBride said, “We’ve interviewed dozens of Stern acquaintances over the past few weeks. Bri Stern has learned that he is the only careful fan model that can barely combine two sentences.
He said, “Tony Buzby (BRI’s lawyer) understands what it’s like to deal with this kind of nonsense. A while ago, a woman accused him of cheating. Here’s his reaction. I’ll let my case rest.”
Tony Busby tells TMZ… “Joseph McBride is a fool. I don’t waste time responding to fools. Bri Stern is a hero. All of the victims should praise her courage.
Andrew Tate’s ex-girlfriend Bri Stern says she’s out in a race with time…and fears what will happen to her when the controversial influencers return to our soil.
The BRI filed a request for a domestic violence control order in LA County Superior Court on Friday… and she says it’s essential that Tate get it while in Romania, where he’s dealing with his legal issues in the country.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, BRI says Tate can return to America “in a few hours” and is frightening because “he’s violent.” While they are together, Bri claims that Tate repeatedly told her, “If you betray me, you will regret it, I will ruin your life, rape you…and I will kill you.”

TMZ defeated the story… BRI filed a lawsuit against Tate last month, claiming that she defeated her in a sexual encounter at the Beverly Hills Hotel. She also reported to police, and they are currently investigating Tate.

In the new document, she says she has been scared of life every day since she filed the lawsuit.
In the suppression order, Tate must always stay 100 yards away from the BRI and will not contact her directly or electronically.
