Andrew Tate’s lawyers downplay the alleged injuries that Tate’s girlfriend said she suffered from his hands… comparing her post-concussion symptoms to a child complaining to a nurse about her stomach pain.
Tate’s lawyer Joseph McBride told TMZ… Bri Stern’s diagnosis of “Summary Syndrome” says that a diagnosis from a doctor’s visit has stomach pains for a child going to the school nurse’s office.

McBride said the diagnosis was not based on blood tests, and it was a “very subjective, comprehensive umbrella diagnosis.”
Tony Buzbee, a lawyer for BRI, told TMZ, “It’s the type of ignorant stupidity that’s going to spit out of his stupid mouth. I’m not a business that reacts to stupid people.”
Bri says he went to the document a few days later after Andrew was said to have attacked her during sex… She says he suffocated her with one hand and slapped her in the face with the other.
Tate’s lawyer says the doctor just diagnosed a BRI based on the symptoms she claimed to be suffering… and he says it’s similar to a child who keeps telling the nurse that she has a stomachache and wants to go home from school.
The BRI accused Andrew of sexually assaulting him in police reports and lawsuits… but he vehemently denied the claim.
Andrew’s lawyers are doubling here… After some serious legal issues in Romania, Tate says he’s not stupid enough to troll his girlfriend.
The BRI included text of allegedity from Andrew in her case… She claims he threatened her with violence and said that if she crossed him, he would kill her… But Tate’s lawyer says the conversation is a “doctor” and “operation”.
The conclusion from Andrew’s lawyers… Tate has done nothing wrong, and they gather witnesses and information to prove his innocence.
