Jags star Arik Armstead Travis Hunter plays WR mostly…but we’re pumped up to help him D!!!

Star Jacksonville defensive end Arilic Armstead is excited that the Jaguar has gotten a two-way Phenom Travis Hunter… tells TMZ Sports that he is extremely excited to welcome his new teammates, even if the Heisman winner doesn’t spend much time on the side of the ball.
“I think this is a rare atmosphere,” Armstead told us, who announced the big picks in the draft. “There’s a player here who was the first round pick as a receiver or cornerback. And what you know is that it’s very unlikely that a prospect will be a one-round pick in two different positions.”
So where do you use great people in attack and defense? I asked Arik.
“[Jags head coach Liam Coen] He came out and said they wanted to start off with an attack and sprinkle him on defense. I think that’s the plan they have [Travis]and we’re excited to have him. And, as you know, it’s going to be a bit of a transition for him, like for all of us in the NFL, but he’s a dynamic player. And I think he’s trying to add another element to our team.
Of course, Jug was originally set to be chosen at age 5… and Hunter would have been away from the board by then. But Team Brass clearly thought their hearts wanted Trav…and thanks to a big trade with the Browns they were able to jump over three picks and get a guy.
Lil Wayne and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell hanging behind the scenes, Arik got the word that the cause of the pix swap had to be put on stage a bit earlier.
“Everyone knew that we traded the two we had, and that was Travis Hunter.”
