Hotel occupancy in Barcelona continues to be on a downward trend since the first quarter of 2025, which began eight months ago in July 2025. Monthly data published Thursday by the Barcelona Hotels Guild shows that the trend continues after an average hotel occupancy of 62.8% in January, 1.25% lower than last year’s simultaneous, 74.2% in February and a 5.5% decline compared to 2024.
