World champion Luke Rittler defended the title at the Belgian opening, denying his local favourite Mike de Decker.
Littler won last year’s event and made his European tour debut, with the 18-year-old giving Decker an 8-5 victory in the final.
World No. 2 defeated 14th seed James Wade (7-3) in the semi-finals after watching Luke Woodhouse (6-4) and Dave Chissner (6-4) on Sunday.
This has set up a meeting with World Numbers 21 De Decker. DeDecker had a thrilling run in the final at a home event that previously hadn’t surpassed the last eight of the European Tour event.
The 29-year-old Belgian abandoned world number one Luke Humphreys in the second round on Saturday and continued his form on Sunday, beating Martin Schindler (6-3) and former world champion Gerwin Price (6-4).
De Decker returned from 6-4, 7-6 win over Ross Smith in the semi-finals, falling 3-1 against Littler, who won his first British Open title in the Premier League last weekend and evening.
The teenagers managed to get a 7-3 lead, with De Decker temporarily threatening another fight, but Littler ultimately proved too strong.
After averaging 94.36 in a second-round victory over Ryan Searle on Saturday, Littler broke 100 in all four Sunday innings, 102.87 in the final compared to Decker’s 92.25.
Littler’s checkout rate was also much larger as he recorded 53.33% compared to De Decker’s 38.46%.
