“Big Brother” Mike “Boogie” Marin is arrested again… violated the protection order

More legal issues with former “Big Brother” winner Mike Boogie Marin… he was arrested for the second time in three months…and this had something to do with another “BB” winner.
TMZ learned… Mike was thrown into prison on Friday after a bench warrant was issued when he was a no-show in court.
The hearing is said to be about Mike recently violating the terms of the restraining order that his previous “BB” co-star Kirby has on him… Boogie is against the order by contacting Will’s wife directly.
As we reported… Marin was found to have committed a felony after stalking his previous “BB” Buddyway in 2021 and admitting the contest. Boogie was sentenced to two years of probation.
Kirby received a restraining order against Marin in 2019 after the two were tapped to join another reality show as a duo. When Kirby declined, it means Marin was unable to participate, and it is said that it was when he began sending threats to Kirby and his family.
Mike’s bail is set at $20,000, and his next court is said to be March 20th.
Kirby’s lawyer, Sam Ahmadpur, told TMZ … “It exists on the grounds of a protection order and no one has surpassed the law. We expect full accountability for this violation.”
The arrest comes just after Boogie’s January bust for shoplifting from CVS.
