Cathy will testify against Diddy, not anonymous.

Cassie will testify during Diddy’s upcoming trial – and it will not be anonymous, TMZ confirmed.
“Victim 1” is “ready to testify in his own name,” and in future trials Diddy will defend herself against conspiracy, sex trafficking and transport charges to engage in prostitution.
Cathy is known as “Victim 1.” There are three other victims who demanded that their identity remain secret during the trial. Prosecutors say using a pseudonym instead of a real name prevents harassment and other negative consequences of the alleged victim.
Last month, the case’s prosecutor finally handed over the names of three anonymous women to Didi’s legal team… so he knows who is leveling the charges against him.

Kathy’s identity was already public… because the indictment refers to the hotel’s beat video. CNN, which was apparently released last year, clearly destroyed the tape.

As you know, Diddy was arrested and charged in September 2024… months after his home in Los Angeles and Miami was attacked by federal agents.
He is currently trapped in MDC Brooklyn, a well-known federal prison. He is awaiting his trial…this is due to begin on May 5th.

Cathy originally sued Diddy in November 2023 on suspicion of rape, abuse and human trafficking. Both sides settled the lawsuit within days of the filing… It appears that the appearance opened the floodgates, leading to many other lawsuits against the mogul.
