Christina Rich sells LA home for $4.1 million… More space is needed for a family in firefighting

Christina Rich has her home on the market…and it’s all for a family that lost their home in a wildfire in Los Angeles.
Real Estate sources say TMZ… The actress lists her Silver Lake Estate on Saturday for $4,175,000.
Christina is said to be saying goodbye to her location as she has a family evacuated in the January fire.
Christina’s Silver Lake Pad is 3,396 square feet with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. So it appears that more space can be used to accommodate the new room.
The estate sits above Silver Lake reservoir and offers breathtaking views of downtown LA and the mountains… It’s heading towards a private deck and rooftop terrace thanks to sliding glass doors from floor to ceiling.
Christina’s pads feature all the bells and whistles, including a pool and spa overlooking the city. The primary suite is decorated with fireplaces, walk-in wardrobes and spa-inspired baths.
When the flames ignited in January, the Pacific Palisade and Altadena wildfires expelled thousands of families…and the reconstruction process takes a while. Some left town, others found even newer places, while many moved with their families, as was the case with Christina.
