Detection Technology, the global leader of X-Ray Detector Solutions, is X-Panel 2520Z FOM Flat panel detector designed to enhance dental images. This trend-setting 25 cm x 20 cm detector is the first in the market to feature advanced IGZO-TFT technology in this size, providing significantly greater field of view (FOV) and improved image quality compared to traditional A-SI panels.
The X-Panel 2520Z FOM sets up a new benchmark for dental images with its advanced features.
Enhanced Field of Vision: When compared to traditional A-SI panels, the imaging area with a 30% resolution improvement can capture full resolution CBCT (cone beam computer) scans with full transparency.
Accelerated Imaging Speed: Frame rates are 25 fps (1×1) and 50 fps (2×2) – with distances over traditional A-SI panels, this detector speeds up workflow without compromising image quality.
Excellent low-dose performance: Low-noise IGZO-TFT technology reduces electronic noise by about 50%, ensuring a more clear image even with reduced radiation dose.
Robust Data Processing: The integrated image buffer allows you to store the entire scan in internal memory, minimizing the risk of data loss during critical steps.
Compliance and Sustainability: A lead-free version of the detector is available to ensure full compliance with the ROHS directive without exemptions.
X-PANEL 2520Z FOM It is primarily designed for dental CBCT imaging, providing vast imaging capabilities. In addition to CBCT, it also offers the versatility of panoramic imaging, potential for head measurement applications to meet the diverse needs of dental imaging.
The X-Panel 2520Z FOM is available in two variants, including the lead-free version, allowing you to fully comply with the ROHS directive without exemption. These customized options provide dental imaging OEMs (original instrument manufacturers) with the flexibility to select a configuration that best meets your specific performance, cost and regulatory requirements.
