7:08pm Pt-Judge – It turns out that Judge has ruled these issues… The judge said the prosecutor cannot argue forced labor in relation to one of Diddy’s employees. However, the judge also ruled that prosecutors are permitted to provide evidence of sex trafficking against Diddy.
The federal government is calling on Didi to ask judges to exclude evidence from his upcoming criminal trials… and claims that Didi is trying to postpone the start date of an early approach to trial.
According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, Diddy is trying to rule out many evidence related to sex trafficking charges and “freak-off,” claiming that prosecutors had claimed they had been too late and didn’t give him enough time to prepare his defense.

Things are… The federal government says it’s known for months about the evidence that Diddy is expected to present in the trial, and is just trying to get the judge to postpone the trial.
Diddy argue that continuing to tackle new evidence and allegations, despite the trial set to commence next week, is hindering his ability to prepare for his defense… But the Fed says he has time to prepare and is just stalling.

In the document, the prosecutor took a shot with Diddy and told the judge…Diddy’s request is to “make another final effort to narrow the scope of evidence against him by any necessary means and ensure the trial is postponed.”
As it stands, the trial is scheduled to begin next week…and, as we reported, the judges allow prosecutors to show the infamous Cathy Beat video… The prosecutor says that the person who filmed the surveillance video on the iPhone 6 will testify at trial.
Didi denied the allegations against him… claims he is a leader and not a criminal.
