Beyoncé must have been a crazy fever dream when she came across a drug man wearing a penis mask. Diddy’s accusers who claimed that Bey and Jay Z saw him on “freak-off” changed his mind.
Manzaro Joseph, who sued Didi earlier this month, had just filed an amended lawsuit, and while he still chased Didi in court, he dropped Carters very significantly from his story.

In the new document, Joseph mentions Zero about Jay and Beyoncé – and as far as we know, that’s the only change he’s made against the lawsuit. TMZ broke the story… Joseph originally claimed that the couple saw him in one Helba state for Diddy’s son, King Combs, at a 2015 birthday party in Miami.
Joseph claimed Diddy had taken him on drugs and paraded him around the party, making him wear an X-rated mask… and when Jay and Beyoncé saw him, she said, “Why is this semi-naked white man standing in front of me with an AC**K mask standing in front of me?”
There is a reason why stories don’t appear in newer versions of the lawsuit. A source with direct knowledge has been told by TMZ … Jay-Z’s lawyer Alex Spiro warned Jaseph’s lawyer about filing false claims in the lawsuit.
This is the second time Jay has been proven in a lawsuit involving Diddy. Remember, Jane Doe, who yelled at raping her in 2000, dismissed her lawsuit last month.
Joseph is suing Diddy, Emilio Estefan (yes, really) and other damages.
