Diddy’s prosecutors allege that the victim may have forced him to take medical attention.

Diddy may have been forced to take medical attention to one of the alleged victims in his federal case… at least that’s what the prosecutors are alleging.
The rap mogul was sitting in a New York City courtroom on Friday when the question arises about how to deal with the specific evidence the prosecutor’s plan presents regarding unknown medical procedures.

The federal prosecutor told the judge that these alleged procedures “go to a direct level of control.” [Diddy] On her, she had agreed to a specific sexual act…it relates to these questions about coercion. ”
The judge asked if the Fed claimed the proceedings were part of the sex trafficking charges… and prosecutors said it was related.
Again, I don’t know which of the suspects are being introduced or what the alleged proceedings entail.
Questions about surveillance video in which Diddy beat Cassie also appeared at the hearing, with the judge asking if the video issue could be addressed, like the expert witnesses from Diddy, quoted in a recent legal filing.

The prosecutor responded that the person who filmed the surveillance clip on the iPhone would testify… so they will show you that version of the video.
Prosecutors and defense also claimed the audio of the 911 call related to how Diddy, who allegedly broke into one of the Los Angeles victims’ homes in 2011, gave up… that audio decision was not made today.
Diddy’s trial is coming soon… Despite his attempts to delay it, the judge determined that it would begin as planned on May 5th.

As we said…Diddy gave him innocence to all five charges he faces – two counts of sex trafficking, two modes of transportation engaged in prostitution, and one assault.
The ry umpire has not yet been selected…but it appears that if the proposed ju umpire survey is any indication, it could be shown the infamous “freak-off” tape.
