Diddy Trial is going to spend a lot of time on his “freak-off” party, and the issue here is consent… His defense attorney says that the encounter is agreement and the prosecution must prove otherwise.
TMZ is examining the legal strategies surrounding the freak-off of the new documentary, The Dowall of Diddy: His Defense.
