Nicole Westmoreland, the latest lawyer on Diddy’s team, is a sexual assault survivor… She is said to have been raped in 2001.
The attorney from the great powers who officially joined Diddy’s team this morning was 19 in 2001, working for a company that helped people recover their suspended driver’s licenses.
According to Westmoreland, Bryan Williams (Vice President of Cash Money Records) and a man named “Stone” met her and asked the company to create a sales pitch at Patchwerk Recording Studio in Atlanta.
One night, Westmoreland says she and three female friends went to the recording studio… there was a massive gathering.
According to Westmoreland, there was a man named Alfred Cleveland and she said he was a friend of Ronald Williams – the president of the then CMR and Brian brothers.

In the evening, Westmoreland says he went to use the toilet…and Cleveland offers to show her where it is. Westmoreland says Cleveland took her to the bathroom, forced her and raped her.
She claims that another man came to the door… Meanwhile, Cleveland is said to have told him to continue security, then tried to hand her over to him – but Nicole said he didn’t plead with him and he let her go.
Westmoreland later said he was threatened with going to police… but she did anyway – and Cleveland was arrested and charged with rape. He ultimately committed a crime for assault that was aggravated with intent to rape.
