Didi is under pressure to get testimony… From victim suspect 3

Federal prosecutors are under pressure in relation to one of the star witnesses in the Didi Trial… because they may not have brought the victim to the court today to testify in court.
The victim in question was a woman, and the federal government revealed Monday that the woman did not live near New York City.
Prosecutors argue that it is difficult for them to contact the woman and her attorneys… and the judge asked Prosecutor Mauren Comey if the prosecutor planned to drop the woman’s name in the statement.
Comey said the prosecutors would not enter the women’s story until the second part of the trial…and in an opening statement, he said that the woman would be said to be one of many women allegedly abused and sexually exploited by Diddy.

Diddy’s lawyers told the prosecutors they need to tell them what they intend to do with Victim No. 3 by the end of this week…and the judge begged the federal government to make every effort to reach the woman’s lawyer and ensure her appearance.
As for Diddy’s appearance in court on Monday, he is said to have his sweater and collared shirt covering his neck tattoo…and future ju-describers made no eye contact with him when they came and went to court.
Overall, we are said to have been mild and supportive on the first day of the trial proceedings… The prosecutor and Didi’s chief lawyer, Mark Agnifilo, are working well together.
Diddy and Agnifilo exchanged notes throughout the day… including what appeared to be a question about one of the ju umpires who said Diddy didn’t want to watch the violent video.
Additionally, Diddy is said to have been extremely chatty with his lawyer Tenny Jelagos… including the moment he helped her sit at the defence table.
