Didi Trials continue as planned… Delays rejected by the judge

Diddy’s trial goes on time… “The judge has just ruled his team’s motion to delay the trial for two months, and he’s not giving them more time.
The hearing took place in New York City on Friday after Diddy’s team accused prosecutors of slowly taking over the evidence… and asked the judge to give them more time so they could look into all their findings.

The judge opposed Diddy’s side… The rapper has four law firms that should be able to organize everything to prepare the case by the start date of May 5th.
As you know…Diddy has been trapped in MDC Brooklyn, New York City’s infamous federal prison, since his arrest in a Manhattan hotel in September.
He is facing five federal charges… two sex trafficking, two transports to engage in prostitution, and one assault count.

Diddy has already pleaded not guilty to all charges against him…and his legal team has raised questions about the key evidence in the case, including a video of him beating Kathy in the hotel hallway.
The victim, whose allegedly anonymous victims, plans to testify against Diddy when the trial begins… including Kathy. While Cathy uses her own name, the judge ruled that “Victim 3” and “Victim 4” are merely referred to as pseudonyms and “Victim 2” are called “Victim 2.”
In addition to criminal cases, Diddy also deal with many civil litigation cases.
