Didi’s defense team is beginning to get shape on the eve of his federal criminal trial…and he has some accomplished legal heart on his side.
The founder of Bad Boy Records is shaking with Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos as his lead lawyers…and Mark was at the heart of several well-known cases.
Agnifilo previously defended NXIVM sex cult leaders Keith Raniere, “Pharma Bro” Martin Schleri, IMF’s Dominique Strauss Kahn and Goldman Sachs Bunker Roger Roger NG.
Jelagos is a partner in Mark’s company…and she worked with him in the Raniere case.
Diddy is also represented by Brian Steele… He is known for making up for the young thugs in rapper YSL RICO case.
Other lawyers on Didi’s side include Alexandra Shapiro, Jason Driscoll and Anna Estebao.
Diddy is still added to his defense as the trial approaches… Xavier R. Donaldson joined Fold on Friday, and Diddy gave him a black lawyer on his side. The prosecutors are all white women, and Diddy, the only black lawyer to his team, Anthony Ricco, jumped over the ship in February.
The judge’s choice is scheduled to begin on Monday, and Diddy has the chance to bring another lawyer… As we said, he’s looking for a black female lawyer to add to the mix.
