Formula 1 announced that all teams in the sport have signed the 2026 Concorde Commercial Agreement.
Current Concord Agreement – This is a three-way deal between the team, The FIA, and Formula 1 owner Liberty Media, which will begin Sunday at the Australian Grand Prix at the end of the 2025 season.
The FIA still needs to finalise the governance terms for the New Deal, but Formula 1 confirmed on Sunday that all 11 teams, including the new 2026 Entry Cadillac, have agreed to a new five-year contract commercial framework that continues through the end of 2030.
According to a Formula 1 statement, “Formula 1 can confirm that all teams have signed the 2026 Concorde Commercial Agreement, ensuring the long-term economic strength of the sport.
“Formula 1 is in a strong position, and all stakeholders have seen positive benefits and great growth.

“We would like to thank all the teams who engaged during this process to reach the best results of the sport.
“The 2026 Concorde Governance Agreement will be completed in time.”
The FIA told Sky Sports News on Sunday that part of the trading governing body would be “close to completion.”
New Deal oversees the start of a new rules cycle for F1, with restrictions on both engine and chassis occurring at the start of the next season.
With the current Concorde contract, up to 25 races can be placed on the sports calendar.
Unlike previous agreements reached in 2020, the new term is mostly agreed with public discourse and drama.
