Fivio foreigners have been quietly wilting in New Jersey prison on multiple charges since January…but his lawyer says it’s the weakest case he’s ever seen!!!
TMZ Hip Hop talks with Adam Lustberg, who has been supplementing Fibio for years, and says he expects the Brooklyn Drill pioneer to be released in a few months.
We got the documentation… Fibio is accused of pointing a gun at a woman who wanted him to jump start the car on New Year’s Day in Edgewater, New Jersey.
Police report said Fibio pointed the gun at the woman and said, “If you see her parked again in front of this building, it’s going to be a problem.”
Officers say the witnesses quickly recognized Fibio, dialed 911 and later issued a statement to the officers.
Edgewater police also say Fivio was seen in surveillance footage of the apartment.
Fivio was arrested on January 18th and was hit with five counts of charges, including illegal possession of a weapon, threat of terrorism and aggravated assault.
Lastburg says police have never recovered a gun from Fivio, and he believes that the lawsuit against his client is one of the most frivolous cases he has seen in 21 years of practice law.
