Big update to the Menendez Brothers Case… California Governor Gavin Newsom has revealed when Eric and Lyle will appear before the parole board.
Gavin deleted the bomb news on his new podcast on Tuesday, and announced that the convicted murderer will go to the parole board for a hearing on June 13th.
The governor says after the hearing, the parole board will complete the risk assessment and send it to the desk… and he will consider their findings as part of his decision on whether to grant tolerance in their case.
Eric and Lyle have another path to freedom here… Gavin says risk assessments will also be sent to the judge for responsiveness… and lighter sentences can spring from prison based on time.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman is on record saying he doesn’t think his brothers should resent, but Gavin avoids the DA and appears to have Eric and Lyle finally released.
We destroyed their lawsuit and bid for freedom on a new podcast, “Two Angry Men.” It will be interesting to see if the parole committee poses no danger to society and is moving the wheels for release.
It’s all coming to your mind right away…so take a look.
