Santos warns… if his physical autonomy is violated, it will be bad for BOP. He imagines he is making a statement saying he is being brutal or sexually assaulted in prison… what he thinks BOP doesn’t want to deal with.
George points out… He’s not a silent person either.
He is scheduled to report to federal prison on July 25th, and tells us he is scared of the big house and his fear of life.
George is worried… “What’s going to happen to me?”
“In theory, I know that BOP is for the happiness of the inmates, but in reality I know that a lot of s*** happens to inmates. I don’t want to be a BOP statistic.”
As we reported… Santos was sentenced 87 months after pleading guilty to fraud and identity theft.
George says he wants him to be placed in protective custody…and he says his lawyers are working on the demands along with potential pardons, tolerance and commutive demands.
Despite concerns about life in prison, George says he hasn’t learned self-defense tactics. He tells us that he is non-violent and does not want to rely on self-defense.
In the meantime, George says he lies low and spends his time with his family and family while he is still outside…and he admits that his head is “here and here” and he doesn’t know what to think as he waits to surrender.
We reached out to BOP… there are no words so far.
