Gwyneth Paltrow says he felt shaken up during his infamous ski crash trial… The concept of being sued by someone who was totally negligent stands out because everything in the American legal system is wrong.
The actress and businessman sat for a conversation with “the world’s first podcast with Erin and Sarah Foster” … and she said she felt the trial was so ridiculous – she felt she needed to fight back, not let Dr. Terry Sanderson take advantage of her.

Gwyneth says Sanderson is allowed to sue her — despite him encountering her — proves that the legal system is broken beyond repair.
Remember… Sanderson sued Paltrow in 2019, but it took four years for the case to finally go to trial.

Sanderson claimed that Paltrow ran to him while recklessly skiing in Deer Valley, Utah in 2016… She fought back saying he actually ran to her – and she even initially thought she was sexually assaulted in the mountains first.
Eventually, the ju apprentice was on Paltrow’s side… he broke down in this case and found 100% Sanderson – and he was ordered to pay Paltrow a $1 compensation.

Paltrow told Sanderson “I hope you well” while walking out of court that day… one of many lasting moments from the ordeal.
Gwyneth’s costumes, eye rolls, and lawyers like Clark Kent all generated chatter online during the proceedings…and the entire event has become a musical, enjoying limited engagement in London.
Paltrow still sounds mad about the lawsuit…and when she thinks she is on the right, she never retreats.
