Haley Joel Osment arrests a drunk and his son skis!!!

Hailey Joel Osment’s next trip to Mammoth Lakes, California is not for skiing. He could potentially face a charge of arrest at the town’s ski resort… TMZ learned.
The veteran actor was arrested on April 8 after a police officer received a call just before 2pm about an individual allegedly drunk at Mammoth Mountain Resort.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, ski patrols – experts in ensuring the safety of skiers and snowboarders were in osment when officers arrived.
The Osment was reserved for public addiction and possession of a controlled substance… and sent to the lab to determine it accurately.
Haley was booked and released shortly after her arrest, and the Mono County DA now decides whether to indict the case or not.
Sources familiar with the situation tell us that Haley has been going through it recently – like many others, he lost everything in the Altadena wildfires and he has many problems with his insurance. For example, he recently found a replacement home, but his insurance company allegedly denied the claim.
This is not the first time Haley has been arrested for an alcohol-related crime.

In 2006, HJO suffered a shoulder and rib injury after driving to a brick pillar while drunk.
He was not in conflict with driving one count and one marijuana possession under the influence of alcohol, and was sentenced to three years of probation, 60 hours of alcohol rehabilitation, a six-month AA meeting and a fine of $1,500.
